For breakfast, we serve fresh eggs from our happy hens, homemade "Kaminwurzen" (smoked sausages) and salami, jams, honey, yogurt, cheese, and bread—much of it homemade or sourced from neighboring farms.

The milk comes from our own cows, and the meat from animals that were raised right here—kept with respect and the knowledge that every life matters. At the Glinzhof, sustainability isn’t just a trend; it’s our lived reality.

And if you like, you’re welcome to lend a hand yourself: whether gathering herbs, picking apples, or helping out in the farm kitchen. Here, food becomes something real for children—they see exactly where it comes from and how it is prepared.

Pulling carrots from the earth, snacking on berries straight from the bush, or helping to churn butter and make fresh cheese—all of this leaves a lasting impression and fosters a deep, lifelong appreciation for food.

When the setting sun paints the Dolomite peaks across the valley in shades of red and the cicadas chirp, the day slowly grows quiet.
