Ice skating has a long tradition in the Alta Pusteria (Hochpustertal) valley. Because we love the diversity of winter so much, we are all the more delighted to share our passion for this extraordinary season, for nature, and for the wide variety of winter activities with our guests. In the Alta Pusteria and the 3 Zinnen Dolomites region, many locations and opportunities for ice skating and "Eisstockschießen" await you.

At the Toblach Ice Rink, skating enthusiasts can enjoy themselves on the ice during public skating sessions. Additionally, the sports zone regularly hosts ice hockey games, where spectators are warmly welcome.

Ice Skating in San Candido, Sesto, Dobbiaco, and Villabassa

You can enjoy ice skating on one of our natural ice rinks, specially prepared for winter fun. These can be found in almost every village here – and it’s not just the guests who enjoy them. San Candido (Innichen), Sesto (Sexten), Dobbiaco (Toblach), and Villabassa (Niederdorf) welcome you to their natural ice rinks.

Stock sport on Natural and Artificial Ice

You can practice Eisstockschießen (Bavarian Curling) at the artificial ice rink in Sesto, or even get to know the sport for the first time. Two lanes are available for this purpose. At Lake Dobbiaco and in Villabassa, curlers and ice skaters come together on the ice.
